Send files on Workplace Chat

You can send files such as documents, videos and images on Workplace Chat.
The maximum file size you can upload is 75MB.
Send files using Workplace Chat in a desktop browser
  1. Click Attach a file in the bottom left of the chat.
  2. Select the files you want to upload, then press enter on your keyboard.
  3. Click Send in the bottom right of your message to send your files.
    • You can write a message to accompany the files you’re sending, or send the files without a message.
Send files using the Workplace Chat desktop app
  1. Click Add in the bottom left of the chat, then select Add attachment(s).
  2. Select the files you want to upload, then press enter on your keyboard.
  3. Click Send in the bottom right of your message to send your files.
    • You can write a message to accompany the files you’re sending, or send the files without a message.
